NYS Licensed Cosmetologist and Aesthetician, Penny Williams has styled thousands of clients, educated multiple stylists and assistants. Her energetic, fun-loving personality is just as uplifting as the services she provides.
Everything she touches turns into perfection, simply due to the attention to detail she provides combined with her ability to listen and translate client requests. She is also a master mind at creating looks for those who have not even the smallest inclination of what they want or need in a hair style.

Specializing in Hair Extensions, hair pieces, wigs and other hair replacement methods for fine &thinning hair, Penny has perfected their applications along with blending and texturizing with the clients natural hair thus going undetected.
She has also mastered dry cutting, texturizing and precision cutting giving her the ability to control unmanageable hair along with correcting undesired effects cause by wet-cutting.
Penny’s stage and editorial experience has also provided her with the knowledge neccesary to prepare talent for any performance or production shoot.

For the last 10 years Penny has maintained a very loyal clientelle, working a 6 day work week, being a part time educator all this while raising a family.
